3D LiDAR Scanning Services in Brockville, Ottawa and Kingston
3D LiDAR scanning is an emerging technology that is changing the surveying and engineering world. Our team uses a Trimbl SX10 Total Station to collect ground based point cloud information. The information is more accurate than your typical drone point cloud that relies on photogrametry. There are many applications for Point Cloud data in architectural design, land development, industrial facilities and manufacturing facilities.
3D LiDAR Scanning Process
- On-Site Field Survey – our team will come to the site and collect LiDAR point cloud data using our Trimble SX-10 scanner. We can also collect legal and boundary information at the same time if the project requires this informaiton.
- We will process the Point Cloud and provided it in any format that is compatible with your software. We can also use online tools to share the point cloud with end-users and owners.
- Our team can also process the Point Cloud data into useable 2D or 3D formats. This information is highly accurate and will include all the information you need for your project.
- Final deliverables can be any common CAD format or professional surveying and engineering documents as required.
